Proton Radiation starting next week

Hi my name is Bob and I have prostate cancer and a spot on my sacral bone.

Next week I start Proton therapy 5 days a week for 8 weeks

I like to have a couple of cocktails at night will I be able to still drink. I know I have a drinking problem not sure I can just stop.
