Side effects of single dose Docetaxel

Hi all Hubby has been on Alimta for the past 12 months, the last results though showed a dramatic change in the growth patterns with new tumours now also present. His treatment is now going to change from Alimta to Docetaxel as a single agent dose ( no carbo or cisto )...can anyone help with what side effects we can expect?
