Hi AB  I too have bladder cancer but a little different as female, mine is non muscle invasive too and has been for 18 months, although it is not performing as to  how cancer should, it is high grade T1G3 as I also have ureter cancer, but you should go with BCG I didn’t have any side effects other than on same day , a  bit tired and a a few aches, Panadol was all I needed and when I woke up in the morning I was fine  My professor has told me my cancer is complex and complicated as with the two and they are presenting different challenges constantly slowly  so try the treatments and there is some good info from cancer council  ...
