Hello all. I am new to this site and am a 63 year old lady with pancreatic cancer for the second time. It is inoperable which is just such a scary fact for me to live with, but what choice do I have? I have been on Gemcitobine Chemotherapy for 18 months now and the tumour is stable so now I am able to decrease the Chemo sessions from 3 per month down to 2 per month which I am grateful for. My weight loss is my issue atm as I have lost so much weight that I have very wrinkled skin and feel like a bag of bones and so very ugly. To some of you reading this, you may think I am being very conceited, but it is affecting me so much that I don't want anyone to see me or visit me as I look so damn awful. Any ideas on help with weight gain and body image factors. TIA.
