Hi Mary, it's normal to be so tired! Chemo is rough. I was definitely depressed through it. The first two cycles were multitudes harder than the remaining cycles for me. It got easier for me once my haematologist prescribed me something to help with my anxiety during chemo and once I got on top of my nausea (I just had to to just keep taking the anti-nausea meditation). Hi Jano, I'm sorry to hear that. It's natural and normal for you to be feeling that way. So my big tips for weight loss issue are protein shakes and oils. Buy your own protein powder and then you can drink a very nutritious drink without having to eat. Buy high quality olive oil and MCT oil and you can take tablespoons at a time.
