Hi Raych, so sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Its a terrible shock. I was diagnosed with an 11cm tumour in my liver last October. I had SIRT procedure (radiation) in Nov, which reduced its size to 7cm. I recently had a TACE procedure (chemo) three weeks ago, and will see my doctor in a months time to see if theres  any more reduction. Fingers crossed. Try not to worry too much, think of the things you still want to do in life and keep positive.
