Hi @Lou4 ,  Firstly, I want to welcome you to the community and also thank you for sharing what's on your mind. After reading your post, I can see your immense determination and strength as you've faced the last 8 years with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. I can also hear your concerns and realisations about how different your life has become during this time, along with your energy being low, and also how the many medications you're on have impacted your weight.  Whilst the Cancer Council has a range of resources around these concerns you can access here, our  community is also here for you and I'm sure some may share with you their experience with these concerns your facing also.  If you ever feel like talking about your journey with someone over the phone, our team of health professionals are available from 9am-5pm on 13 11 20.  I just want share a warm welcome to the online community again - I'm so glad you found us.  Take care,  Erin.
