Side effects of lymphnode removal years later

I had lymphnode removal and radiation many years ago. I have suffered pain ever since. I wear a bigger band bra for rib pain but ribs still in discomfort. Underarm pain is getting worse and I can feel the thickness at the scar is feeling very solid. Anyone else experience this and who to go to for advice or treatment. Doctor really has no answers. ...
