Breast cancer recurrence now metastasised

Hello, the past two weeks have been overwhelming. I had breast cancer 12 years ago followed by a bilateral mastectomy and recently felt a lump in the same breast. I had an ultra sound and pet scan 4 days ago and the disease has spread to my back and spine.  At this stage I have no idea what treatment will look like for me, I am waiting to hear back from the team.
