Almost 2 weeks ago i was told by  my specialist that i have untreatable liver cancer and wanted to put me on palative care straight away only it is not hurting me     So i am looking at alternative solutions as i am not ready to go.   So i am after someone to let me know how much gumbi gumbi to use so that it can do the job i know that it can?
