Wondering if there are any women who have had breast cancer and then had to suffer through menopause without HRT.  I'm having loads of hot flashes and have been told I can't use HRT because of having had breast cancer (I had a mastectomy just over two years ago). Any one got any idea what the risk of cancer returning is if one does take HRT? Or any hints or alternate treatments that work? Thanks. ... View more
