Hi Vicki,
I found that refloxolgy and acupuncture helped my feet and legs a bit. I also had a marvellous yoga teacher who helped me to build up strength gradually.
It is so frustrating when the mind is willing but the feet keep tripping you up!

Willow - ditto what the others have said.
I left it too long to get help and while the counselling and the anti-ds are helping, had I jumped in earleir it may not have been so protracted.
I agree with Sailor - get onto a Help line of some sort ASAP.
There are so many people wanting to help you.

I agree with HArker though that for it to be an honest account, there will be "down "days. I think that it will help to give the whole process perspective, particularly since you are so close to fininishing one of the phases. I wish that I had done somehitng similar.
