Hi Budgie Thankyou for your reply. I will act on your suggestions on staying positive and looking forward to living in the future. Due to a mix up on Tuesday, I now find out my official diagnosis tomorrow with my specialist. I am due to have surgery very soon it sounds like after my chat with the GP. Hi I am new to the CC Online Community. A week and a half ago I was told I have Anal Cancer, waited 3 months to see a specialist, then to have urgent sent for MRI and Biopsy. My last PAP test result February 2021 stated HPV16 for further investigation???? I am anxiously awaiting my official results (10am tomorrow) so I'm feeling anxious, isolated and scared as I don't know what Stage my cancer is nor my prognosis with treatment. I am trying to stay positive but the unknown just makes me feel ungrounded. Any suggestions welcome
