New here…I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer at the start of this year…i have completed 6 months of chemo and now scheduled for a lumpectomy and lymph node removal in 3 weeks.  I am feeling very anxious cant sleep, i just want this nightmare to end 😞   Lost all my hair, eyebrows and eyelashes, i don't recognise the person in the mirror  feeling alone during lockdown …Family and friends seem to distance themselves Not sure how to handle everything…Trying to deal with each day  Need to find the courage to keep going…your support and advice is appreciated   thank you ...
