I found a lump in the breast approximately 3 months ago, I didn't think it was much, I had had one years ago and it all turned out ok. This time has been different. I just had my third operation on Tuesday and I am feeling really overwhelmed. I am hoping this time they find no further cancer and have the clearance needed and I don't get results until next Wednesday. I didn't realise when this started the cost it would have on my family or myself. It has been like a bad nightmare.
The sad thing is I know that it is not life threatening and can't imagine what others go through when they are going through the process.
Once all the operations are done then I move onto radiation. How do other people cope with this process?
