Hi Firstly my apologies for anyone who thinks my contribution to this site is inappropriate. I live in the UK (not a POM as I'm Scottish 🙂 so I totally understand if you ignore this post and contributions from non Aussies are considered inappropriate. I recently started writing a blog about my experience of living with my brain tumour diagnosis and its impact on my family. The blog has been reasonably well received by fellow patienst and their families and in fact has been starting to get hits from Australia, New Zealand, USA etc. Because of this I thought I would publish a link to the site on relevant sites in those countries. The link is: http://livingwithgbm4.wordpress.com If you find yourself reading it I hope ypu find it useful nd enjoyable (and apologies for the bad language) Best wishes to you all. Mike

Hi Mike! My daughter has non-codeleted anaplastic oligodendroglioma, she was diagnosed on her 38th birthday and is terminal. My daughter has had two craniotomies, glioblastoma is certainly a frightening diagnosis, I wish you all the very best. There is currently a lot of research into GBM in particular as shown on a current affairs program in Australia, I pray they find a cure quickly, as I pray for a miracle for my daughter also. Take care, try to stay positive, and please never feel like you have to apologize for telling your story. We are all is this together, and together we are all praying!

Sorry for the multiple comments, trying to delete the extra two comments only made it worse. The three of them are sincere, my ability with a computer is limited at best, take care. ( I am sure there was a simple way of getting rid of multiple posts, instead my one post tended to breed ) Funny but wasnt intended to be!
