my bf is battling bowel cancer.. his doc said no to change his diet.. he doesnt he eats crap, a lot of chocolate.. does anyone think that diet helps cancer? i know people say it does but my bf is eating healthy just eating maccas soemtimes and chocolate! he loves chocolate

Hi Maddie, By no means am I being flippant, but with my bowel cancer, I am conscious of what I eat to make sure that it doesn't clog up again but I often have chocolate! I don't drink alcohol anymore so I feel I have earned the odd piece of choccy! It doesn't help my constant struggle to lose weight, however. S
