Dealing with Isolation

I agree, us carers have to keep ourselves busy.... I've been encouraging Steve to look after himself as far as tablet time goes, I do put the sorbolene cream on his head, - I think he enjoys the soothing fingers! LOL.  Unfortunately, we are a bit isolated here, I don't know anyone in town, and after having a seizure a week or so ago, Steve won't go for a walk on the beach or anything, and I can't leave him, he stresses if I'm out of sight for too long.... meanwhile, I'm here, on the net, or playing computer games, making Christmas cards and talking on the phone in my 'free hour'
