Family dynamics and cancer

A cancer diagnosis doesn't just affect one person but often has a ripple effect that extends into family groups and even friendships.

But what can we do to manage the impact? How do we help create a supportive environment? And what does "family" even mean in this day and age?

In the latest episode of our podcast, host Julie McCrossin sits down with psychologist Cath Adams and oncology social worker Ray Araullo, to tackle these questions, and more.

Re: Family dynamics and cancer

When the patient is diagnosed with cancer then his or her family members should be supportive and caring. But over supportive and sympathy can make the patient weaker.Just try to be bit normal.
