Just wondering

Was just wondering i have been in this relation ship for ten years and he just does not want me to go with or know where he has been going to get treatment. He says you can't change anything no body can so whats the point he has stopped all treatment he said he had 3 chemo treatments. has any one else experienced this oh by the way he has known for 3 and a half months.
