Hi everyone,
My mother has just been diagnosed with a meningioma. She lives overseas so I didn't see her latest test results but what she managed to tell me was that it was an expansive lesion and that it was in the right side.
Has anyone had any experiences with something similar? My brother has just recovered from testicular cancer so this came as a surprise to me.
My reading indicates that most meningiomas are benign and that they have a really high survival rate but I'm confused with all the literature.
I'd appreciate some feedback from people with similar stories.
Feeling a bit down about the whole thing
