Post prostatectomy

Hi, 

My partner got diagnosed with prostate cancer last year and had the prostatectomy. It’s been nearly a year and the consequences are taking its toll for me especially, being younger. I’m struggling to find and online chats or forums for gay men and partners available. Can anyone point me in the direction if there is any?
