Treatment

My Son 23 recently passed away from a rare sarcoma and my frustration is why was he offered non government funded treatment when it was to late!  Shouldn’t that option be put on the table straight up? We asked the question but it seems no one wants to answer the question , is this just us or is anyone else out there thinking the same or been in the same situation?  Is it just about the $$ until funded treatment is exhausted and then offer the pay yourself option ? I know my son is gone and nothing will change that but maybe I can make a change for someone else .

Re: Treatment

Hi Deb25,

No-one here can change the out come, but I'd like to hear more about your son as a person. What can you tell me about him?
