Diagnosed 9/29, no follow up yet due to lack of proper insurance. Any thoughts? Expectations?

Scared it's spreading.

Do you live in Australia because we have a great public health system.  You wrote 9/29 so now I'm thinking you may live in America.  September last year is a very long time to wait for treatment.  Can you get health insurance or is this now a pre-existing illness?  Please let us know how it goes and the best of luck to you,
