Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia

Hello my name is Debbie and I'm 63, I have been diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia .

I keep asking myself why and how and now what? I'm feeling very confused and not sure what to do next.

I've told a few close friends and my immediate family and they are all shocked as well.

Is this normal to feel this way? I don't think I've fully come to terms with it yet.

I've been told I can live another 5 to 10 years but that doesn't help me with dealing with my symptoms.

Would be good to chat with some one who's going through similar and what things there're doing that can help.
