Uterine polyp

Hi I’m 45 and have been dealing with heavy periods.They did a sonohystergram and found a polyp 1.6 cm.I am scheduled for hysterscopy on May 23 .I am getting anxiety worrying about the results.both my moms sisters passed away around my age,one was cervical cancer and the other colon.

I can well understand being anxious, especially with a family history of cancer. Can I suggest you have a listen to this podcast on Managing Fear? The situations and strategies they talk about in the podcast are relevant for everyone, regardless of where they are at.
