Hair growing on my face

I am 3 months post chemo with my hair growing back. Unfortunately I am growing hair all on my face as well. I am a female and would prefer not to grow a beard. It is white at the moment but quite thick and visible.

I would love some advice please.

Do I leave it and it will settle down itself or do I need to remove it?
