Dairy and cancer

Hi to all I was wondering if anyone has been told not to have dairy products?  My skin specialist is telling me not to have dairy as she said it increases my risk of more cancer by 40% .  Has any one else been told this. I have tried to research it and can not find link.  I am emune suppression with SCCS removed and ulcerative colitis.  I have stopped dairy but not sure if it's the right move.  Any ideas?

You may also find it helpful to search Cancer Council NSW's website or to call Cancer Council's 13 11 20 line for information on dietary options. They can also talk with you about the range of services available to support you. Kind regards ... Joseph_CCNSW

Re: Dairy and cancer

Hi Lilly 1

I had a quick browse on SCC on internet and it did say certain individuals risk may  be increased by dairy intake ,probably good to have a chat with your GP about their consumption.
