Recipe book

Hi all,

been 18 months now with chemo and this year experimental trials, i'm sure most people have the typical side effect of mouth and taste buds gone ferral, nothing tates right anymore. over time i've got to know what foods and liquids still taste ok-ish at differnt stages of the infusion cycles.

i'm planing to compile a recipe book and i'm inviting any who would like to share their recipe/s so others may try them, i'm NOT doing this to make money for resale, this will be a give-away via a PDF file through email request. i have been a qualified cook for over 50 years & still find it challenging to make something that actuall taste ok after having chemo, so if you wish to contribute please add the following info including your name>>> is it? halal friendly, glutin free, peanut free, non dairy, vegitarian & any other important info you can add. ..... send your recipe/s with pictures if you can to > [email protected]

Re: Recipe book

Hi @TomJ , thanks for sharing - 18 months is a long, tough journey. Taste changes can be so frustrating, and it's really kind of you to turn your experience into something that could help others. I hope you get lots of contributions and keep finding foods that feel manageable.

All the best,

Miranda, CCNSW
