1 year into treatment for small cell lung cancer.
Contained for now, but only with ongoing chemo.
Finding it hard at times to stay positive and move forward, not dealing well with not knowing what the future looks like.
Seeking inspiration, conversations, advice from like minded people who face similar
I sympathise. I have GBM and am finishing 6 weeks of radio-chemo on Monday. I find that I can distract my thinking by following a hobby like woodwork or gardening. We have good days and difficult days. Try to embrace that and go with it a bit. I don't think we should fight it but we can think differently about it. Stay in the game.
Thanks Rob.
Appreciate the advice and wish you well
Yes. It’s impossible to fret while you’re immersed in doing something you love.
