Word game fun

Everyone would be familiar with the word game, Hangman!

Before we begin, here's some rules:

1. A person thinks of a word or words, posts how many letters there are in them and also add some basic clues but don't make it too easy.
2. Players must guess the word, one letter at a time. You can also guess the word without waiting but why spoil the fun?
3. The winner of the current round gets to post the next word!
4. All words must be in English, preferably AU English as this is an Australian site.

If this takes off, we might have some kind of leaderboard as well for a bit more fun 😀

Hrm.  If the clue only loosely relates to the answer, there's going to be trouble.   If the answer is something like "unicorn" (because a unicorn is not human), I can't promise respectful adult behaviour going forward.
