Cancer Council QLD are hosting a free webinar with information about yoga and cancer, along with some strategies for choosing the type of yoga that is right for you.
When: Wednesday, October 7th, 1:30-2:30pm (QLD time).
Where: Online, via your phone, tablet or computer.
The speaker will be Trish David, a yoga therapist who is experienced in providing yoga for people affected by cancer.
