Maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle is the best way to avoid and treat breast cancer. This means doing something active every day for at least 150 minutes, like fast walks or mild exercise. The chance can also be lowered by limited processed foods, red meat, and sugary drinks and eating a healthy diet full of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean meats. Keeping a healthy weight, not smoking, drinking too little booze, and controlling your stress are all important factors.
