Cold therapy gloves and socks for peripheral neuropathy numbness

Hi I am about to start my first chemo session tomorrow for breast cancer. I was looking for information and if anyone has used the cold therapy gloves and socks. Both my grandmother and mother cannot feel there fingers or feet after there treatments and I really don't want the same thing happening to me especially when I'm still young and have a long working career ahead of me still to pay the bills. So I need my fingers and feet for work.

If someone has used this treatment before to prevent the numbness what products and brands did you use and how successful do you think it was? 

I was looking at the suzzipad gloves and socks.  Thank you
