Hi, can I return to immunotherapy? I now have hepatitis and others after only 4 cycles

I was diagnosed with stage 4 oesophageal cancer in February and have completed radio and 4 cycles of folfox6 chemo and nivolumab immunotherapies. I've developed pancreatitis, hepatitis, thyroiditis, pneumonitis and adrenalitis, apparently all likely a reaction to the Nivolumab.

My med oncologist suggests that after a few weeks on Prednisolone (50mg) I should be able to return to both therapies. I'm concerned that my body is likely to have the same reactions to the Nivolumab.

Does anyone have any experience or wisdom on this topic ?
