Hi new here !

Heh 52 yo male diagnosed 4 weeks ago advanced prostate cancer spread to bones & lymph nodes Had biopsy Gleason Score of 10 PSA 46 !! My life has been turned upside down in 4 weeks Endless Drs ,Specialists & X Ray Appointments Have started Hormone Therapy &start chemo in a weeks time Don't know what to expect !! Am on a heap of tablets for Pain , Hormones & other side effects Haven't been able to work the fatigue is incredible !! Am constantly exhausted !! Any advice appreciated Thanks

I'm just getting my head around this new journey. Diagnosed with breast cancer a week ago and my life is changing. Waiting to see my surgeon on Thurs and I'm expecting to know more then. I have been active and healthy for the last few years working as a personal trainer. I'm wondering what's going to happen with my work, it's pretty active so I'm guessing that I will need to take about 12 mths off to get throughout my treatment and get my energy back again. I would be interested if anyone could share some insights...
