Infrared sauna

Hi was wanting to see if anybody else had tried infrared sauna during chemo treatment and if so was it beneficially or is this unsafe. I have done some research and it seems that it would work amazing but I wanted to get some others options.

I haven't read anything myself about the benefits of infrared sauna, has anyone here come across this or has experience with it?

 

As with any complimentary therapy, I'd suggest chatting to your GP, oncologist or treatment team before you do anything. We have a great information booklet about these in general, available for download here.
