Have had one immunotherapy infusion prior to PET Scan availability. And now have had PET Scan. Have just received text saying the scan results are available online. But I’m too apprehensive to check them out. I do have a counsellor appt next week. Should i open the results prior to my counselling appt? Or wait til i see my gp and oncologist the following week?

Thank you. I did check with the Cancer Council who were most helpful. And also had a checklist of questions to ask. In the event, I'm not eligible for chemotherapy ( surgical team had miscalculated stage if) but will be starting immunotherapy in 2 days time.

I’m meeting with the oncologist tomorrow to discuss treatment options ie chemo or not. What questions should i ask? Diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of ascending colon on Dec 4th 2023 Hemicolectomy (no stoma) Dec 13th. Recovering since, so far uneventful. Only able to drive/ lift more than 5 kgs from this week. thanks in advance.
