Hi Help Mum   Welcome to Cancer Council's online community, this is a good place to come to ask others to share their cancer experiences.  I hope there is someone in the community who may have been through something similar to your mum, who can help your mum not to feel on her own.  As there are so many different types of cancer and cancer treatments, I hope reading other people's experiences will help you and your mum.  If you live in Australia, you can call Cancer Council's support line 13 11 20, or look at their website, there is lots of useful information that you might find helpful.
