Thank you Felicity ... it is a case of being in limbo ... sit and wait for the next few months for another scan and see if  'anything shows' plus another CA19 bloods.  They don't know why / what is going on at the moment.  But I thought I'd see if anyone else had experienced similar.   ... unexpected post-treatment results ...

Hi … I’m Essie.  I was diagnosed with stage 2B pancreatic cancer last year and had most of my pancreas removed followed by 6 months of Folfirinox chemotherapy.  Now post-treatment my blood CA19 is over 500 (and with a clear  ''no sign of disease'' CT scan) compared to a much lower CA19 when I still had the tumour, pre-surgery and pre-chemo.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Thank you. ...
