Just wondering if anyone has stopped their chemo. I had Mastectomy earlier this year, then month ago axillary clearance. The surgeries and recoveries were easy. I just had my second chemo last week, and finally after seven days I am feeling human again. I can't go on with this chemo bit, I hope I can cancel it. I look forward to hearing other's views on it. I didn't want to have it in the first place, mainly for family and friends sakes. The first chemo was awful, so the second they reduced dexa and other side effect drugs, but it was worse. I am new to this too. I was also diagnosed with breast cancer in February this year, and underwent Mastectomy and sentinel node biopsy about month ago. The nodes removed also showed cancer cells, so I am having surgery tomorrow to have axillary clearance. Then I see the Oncologist early April. Thanks Blackcat. Surprisingly no real pain at all after Mastectomy. Just numbness under arm and down side of chest. A bit sore and uncomfortable but then still have dressing over stitches. Will see Surgeon next Mond for results and further treatment. regards Robbie ... View more
