Best possible news EVER! My bowel cancer was a T2NO with no evidence in the lymph-nodes. All removed in surgery and NO chemo at this stage, more tests and follow up in March!!! I feel so blessed but was warned that I am under specialist care for the rest of my life(as this is my 2nd cancer). Hi, I also am so glad we can say "bum cancer" here and talk about all those shitty things! I live with 2 young adults who cringe at every spoken word relating to poo! I am just starting my journey and was operated on the 9/12/11. I went in expecting a bag and woke to find the surgeon was able to recunstruct (a very pleasant surprise). I am home 3 days now and Friday 23/12/11 I get my biopsy results and discuss further treatment.
