Dear not so helpless daughter, there are tears in my eyes as I read your post and a ache in my heart that you had so much love for you dad and you had the opportunity to share his last days with him.  I'm so sorry that he has passed away and that this horrible disease has caused so much pain for you and your family.  My thoughts and love reach out to you and I hope that as tough as things are that you are able to remember him as Dad and smile and laugh about the great times and not let the cancer overshadow who he really was.  Thinking of youSharon ...
