I am so sorry to hear that, Jeff/we have gone straight to palliative care as chemo may(30%) have reduced it but definitely no cure and quality over quantity looked the better option. hugs

Does anyone have any advice for helping with breakthrough back pain in pancreatic cancer. my otherwise very healthy husband is terminal but it is early days. His pain is under control except for middle of the night! Not every night but a lot. Has anyone found a reason a sleeping position , anything that helps with this? thanks Di
