Hi all, three months ago I lost my wife of nearly 21 years. We were homebodies, totally content in each other's company, but now I have noone.   She was also my carer, and I'm finding it hard to look after myself.   She lasted 19 months after being diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer.   How do you all cope? ... I lost my wife four months ago and am struggling.   I found a Facebook group for windows and widowers which has been extremely helpful (do a search, it's called Late Night Widows and Widowers).   Counseling has also helped, but life truly is a nightmare.    I wish you all the best 💖. ... View more
