Hello    I had full prostrate removal including nerves so was told I would not get erection unless I use viagra which didn't work then tried pump..no good felt like my penis was gonna blow up...now on injections direct into penis which does work but bit fiddly BUT I was also told I can have orgasm but will not produce any fluid....I have masterbated and it feels like an orgasm but not as powerful as before and no fluid...hope this helps but probably what you want to hear....better than having the big C ...Dave ...
