Hellow every body, my name is Graham and i have just been told i have 3-6 months to live. Well what do i say,it has scared me a bit but to be honest i dont know what i feel,my family and friends are in big trouble trying to cope with it but i;m just making jokes about it trying to desensertize the fact that i wont be hear much longer.Secretly at night i look up into the sky and talk to the stars asking what it will be like to dye? how i will know when it is time? will it hurt? will i be able to look down and see anybody?what really happens when i stop existing? Shit i just cant get my head around it at the moment so i not going to try ,if anyone can give me a few pointers on this it will be greatly be appreciated.

High Barb, forgive my computer typing i not use them very much til now. Firstly i dont think mine will be coming out later as i only have a few months to live according to my doctor. What mine is called is a ''power port'' that is the name on the packet. Sure it it same as yours its like a little balloon put under the skin on my chest ,opposite side to heart, and they run a little tube up to my neck and plant that end into a good big vein.So i think what happens now is they put the needle into the lump on my chest and thats it. If you know anybody who is dieing of pancreatic cancer i would appreciate you hooking me up as i not good with this computer. I would like to compare treatments and stuff it may take the lonlyness out of checking in to the big house. lol lol,

Has anybody had a -power port put into their body?. I have just had one put in and was wondering what it was like when they use them for injections and so on. Thanks
