Hi @Mary60    Thank you so much for your message.  I am so sorry to hear about your surgery. I truly wish you well with your chemo treatments.  While I never had chemo, the immunotherapy treatment for me every 3 weeks for 2 years.  That was tough so I hope the chemo treats you well.   Thankfully the treatments worked well for me but sadly I have what appears to be permanent nerve damage in my right arm and hand from a right axilla dissection to remove my lymph nodes.    But as I always tell myself ... at least I am alive to complain about the nerve damage and pain!   Sending you positive energy for your treatments and that your team of carer's look after you.   ... Hi @sch Thank you for your comment. Immune therapy treatments are going well. My treatment cycle is every three weeks continually for two years. I have 14 months to go. The first tumour was removed in my right axilla along with my lymph nodes followed by radiation. A second tumour then appeared a few months later which was pressing on my nerve bundle running into the arm, this could not be surgically removed. Sadly I have major nerve damage to my arm and hand which gives me all sorts of problems with pain but also day to day living. But looking forward, things are very positive! ... View more
