My heart is breaking, in January I had to tell our young sons that their Daddy wasn't going to get better from the cancer that had invaded his body. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do (so far). The poor darlings, they are only 6 and 8 years old, life has changed so much for them already and the future looks anything but rosy. The emotional burden on all of us is just too hard. The insecurity and anxiety is at an all time high. Everyone is on edge. My heart is breaking and it still has to keep beating.

Thinking of you all. It is difficult to to have the right words. I think it is better left to the realm of sailor et al (If I attempted something poetic or thoughtful it would sound like a brokendown 2 bit country and western song :)- I am a fan of country if any one reading is getting upset :):)) We are all here for you. You are truly an inspiration to many on this site - take care of you, Greg and the boys. Most importantly you right now. You truly do think of others before yourself, I know in the last week, you have helped me come a little bit out of a massive hole - thankyou Jill. I wish I could do somewhat of the same. I know our situations are completely different - I wish I could fly over, show up at your doorstep and give you a hug, just for a minute. So for now. Cyber hugs, Nicole xoxox Gee after reading that back I should stick to private messaging with no jokes! - Hope I didnt make you feel worse!

Hey Jill, Every morning I keep reminding myself to look up because I am waiting for the day when the sun will break through the cloud and shine on me... We have decided to stop chemo... he can't fight anymore. This next bit is going to be so hard... Glad I've got you and others to lean on. I know your heartache... tears dont hurt like the ache does... My son 6 has seen Daddy cry a lot this past fortnight. It makes him so and I get so upset... Wish I could come give you hugs too. Thinking of you... hourly hugs tomorrow for you Love tonya

Hi Ladies, Thanks so much. Nicole, you could never make me feel worse, private message by all means, but never think that what you have to share is not good enough. Your kindness means so much to me. Tonya, the pace of your 'journey' has been so much faster than ours, keep leaning on us, I hope the sun can break through the clouds for just a little while each day at least to give you the strength you need for the next challenges. Hourly hugs coming right back to you. Gail, great to hear from you, noticed that you have been to meet your new grandson, Sebastian, how lovely. Must away, another day is about to start and the work of a mum is never ending as you all know. Take care and thanks for the hugs, Jill xo

Hi Jill and Tonya Just wanted you to know that I am thinking of you and sending hugs your way. I feel your pain and share your sorrow for the loss of innocent times. I am not ready to relive the memories of the last few weeks of last year and that says a lot about how hard they were. The practicalities of life are keeping me busy and keeping the hard thoughts and emotions at bay. Just found out this morning that my landlord is selling the property with vacant possession so I have 7 weeks to move.whoppee... Anyway, this is meant to be a message of support not my gripe about how annoyingly hard life sometimes get so I'll end off with wishing you some peace and lots of love. Sang

Hi guys, Like Nicole, words don't seem to be fitting but at the moment they are all we have. When one of my closest friends lost her husband(of course from this crap disease) we all just banded together and gave her an ear or a shoulder. This is all I can offer you as well and cyber hugs for you and your families. Remember to take even a little time for yourselves, even it is just here. Lots of hugs, S

Hi Sangeeta, Thanks for your hugs and thoughts. So sorry to hear that you have such a short time to deal with finding a new home, that is certainly the last thing I would think that you would want to be having to deal with at this point in time. I truly hope that the transition can go as smoothly as possible for you and your girls. Best of luck and keep us up to date with how you are going. By the way, gripe to us whenever you need to, that way we can offer some support back your way. Hugs to you and your girls, Jill xo
