As many of you would know, I have been trying to push the Cancer Council to create more services for Young Adults. Well I have some really good news to share with you today... Annie from the Support Services Department of the CC has just launched the first ever survey specific for us Young Adults affected by cancer.
They would like to hear from cancer survivors and carers aged 25 - 40 to find out what you would like to have included in survivorship programs.
I would encourage you all to please take some time to fill out the following survey which will assist the Cancer Council for this future program planning.
